Dr. George W. Tinsley, PHD H. was selected to be an honorary co-chair for the Division II NCAA Championship Festival. The event was held November 30 – December 4 in Louisville, Kentucky. The festival featured 70 teams and over 800 student athletes vying for the championship title in various sports.
