Family Man
January 01, 2003 No commentsMy uncle is one of the greatest men I know. At a very early age I was introduced to “perseverance” by watching him perform on the basketball court as well as listening to him verbalize his educational endeavors as one of a few African Americans at Kentucky Wesleyan College in the mid-1960s. His athletic gift on the court transformed him into an academician, and would later transition him into a successful businessman and entrepreneur. “My uncle is a real life rags-to-riches story. He is my personal hero!”
